So What Can we Offer?
We can offer a range of treatments, from traditional relaxing swedish massages through to new advanced Therapies such as Neuro-Skeletal Realignment Therapy to target specific damaged areas or conditions.
Neuro-Skeletal Re-Alignment Therapy
Neuro-Skeletal Re-Alignment Therapy or NSRT as we call it is an incredible new treatment that is proving very effective for a growing number of people with an array of conditions. By working on the central nervous system and stimulating neuro-transmitters, signals are sent to the brain which in turn sends "motor signals" back to the respective muscle groups encouraging them to relax and return to their natural state.
NSRT is gentle and non-invasive making it suitable for all ages from babies through the elderly.

Massage Therapies
A "Massage" can conjure up lots of different images to different people. Through my practice, I offer a range of different therapies from the most gentle and relaxing massages through to an intense programme of remedial massage and trigger point therapy to work on a damaged muscle group or spots injury. Their are certain other types massages that I do not offer!
Massage works by using different techniques to apply pressure between the
muscles and bones, which
increases the flow of oxygen in the blood and aids the release of toxins from
the muscles.
Please see the main menu for more information on the different massage therapies available.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a powerful natural health science that studies the relationship of the reflexes. Common areas worked on include the hands, feet, ears and face as well as the rest of the body. These areas are worked on with the fingers and thumbs, in a manner that will lead to improved health and staying healthy.

Reiki
Reiki is a new treatment I am introducing for this year. Reiki, meaning "universal life force" in Japanese, is an ancient treament which can almost become a way of life.
