CAMEXPO SHOW 25TH-26TH  EARLS COURT OCTOBER 2008

Camexpo was extremely busy this year we were booked out on both days, although it was very hard work it was also very good fun, this show was more for the complementary therapist, so we had a phenomenal amount of people coming to our stand wonting information on both the treatment and the course.

It was lovely to be able to pass on with enthusiasm, lots of information to my fellow colleagues who were visiting the show.

It has also been a great pleasure working with my colleagues from Morley collage

And off course the “Boss” Carole Preen.

BACK CARE SHOW 4TH-5TH OCTOBER 2008.

Exhibiting at the back care show was very interesting not only did we have lots of people coming to our stand; it was nice to be able to go to other stands and see what was new and as always learn something new.

We had a fair amount of physiotherapist and chiropractors come on to the stand and some were keen to try a taster treatment.

VAUXHALL CITY FARM

In June 2008 we did a field trip to Vauxhall city farm, as part of our course to treat some of the animals that are there.

I have to say I was very intrigued to see if Neuroskeletal re-alignment therapy would indeed be helpful to animals.

When we got there Carole explained how we would be treating them and she started by treating one of the old horses that is there, and talking to the head keeper he indeed said that the horse is a lot better after he has had N.S.R.T.

He said after he has had a treatment his back is not so low and he is not so stiff and slow in the mornings. (As he is getting on and has arthritis).

So I  was keen to have a go and see for myself what would I feel, so I assisted Carole in treating the horse and wow, there we go I got the same buzzing, tingling, thumping sensations I get when I treat a human. So that was it I was rearing to go and treat other animals.

During my visit to the farm I treated a horse, a goat, and off all things a ferret!, and got such great sensations from them all, I found it fascinating to think that now not only can I help humans but also animals as well.

I really enjoyed the field trip and have once more learnt something new.

I have gone on to treat, a stressed cat, an old horse and a hyper dog. All with good results.
